Dear Support Team,
I have noticed an issue with the Statistics tab where only the Total Yield is displayed. The values for Feed-in Yield 1, Load Yield, and Consumption Yield 1 are missing. This issue is consistent both in the web portal and the app.
On the Power tab, the daily graphs are displayed correctly, so it seems the data is being recorded properly.
Here are my system details for reference:
Inverter Model: T10-G3
Datalogger Type: W6
Firmware: All devices are running the latest versions.
Could you please assist in resolving this issue? Let me know if you need any additional information.
Thank you for your support!
Best regards,
Christian Klima
Statistics Tab not showing all data
As you have a T series inverter you'll need a CT clamp or meter fitted to record those data values.

Will, surprisingly the cloud still doesn't provide the statistics load, grid consumption etc.. with a solar only inverter - Fox have been asked a couple of times why not and they simply say - the web statistics are only available on a hybrid inverter (for now). It may be because Fox maintain several datasets in the cloud and the one that keeps the daily stats is part of the battery dataset (but that's just a guess). Will wrote: Fri Dec 06, 2024 5:49 pm As you have a T series inverter you'll need a CT clamp or meter fitted to record those data values.

@Christian Klima It's not a brilliant solution but if you install a home assistant and use the cloud to interface the inverter you can add integrals that will collect the statistics from the raw data samples.
