Battery charged but not being used by house

Hi all. I dont understand the app at all. Had 2sec explanation from installer 3 weeks ago and all was fine but for past 24hrs battery has been showing 63% yet im pulling all my electricity from the grid. Haven't touched app since it was installed and reading here looks like can change when its in use but at moment its jus not doing anything. Can anyone help as to why this might be?
