Fox Cloud app offline

Has anyone else got the problem of no data -grid offline on page 1 of the app. System working fine and all data accumulating and accurate on page 2 , but all zeros on page 1.

https://monitor.foxesscommunity.com/status/foxess - zero value have been reported by a number of users which is related to a cloud issue going on and off for a couple days.
