Having overcome some teething problems, with help from this forum, could someone explain the scenario on my app where it looks as though the grid is charging the battery.

The load is 0.49kW but the grid is supplying 0.98kW. Is there still a settings issue?

No your batteries have reached minsoc, when that happens all house load will be taken from the grid and the batteries will only be used to keep the inverter from going into standby.
When the batteries fall below minsoc the inverter will do a low power charge for a few minutes to get the batteries back above the minsoc setting and then it turns off again until it drops below minsoc again.

If you have a low overnight tariff such as Flux, its best to charge the batteries at this time of year as there is rarely enough spare solar power to charge the batteries.
