Hi,

We are totally new to solar having had both air source and solar installed a couple of weeks ago.

For the solar we have 18 panels, inverter and 10kw battery. I'll upload all the screenshot I have showing the system and our energy flow charts but from what I understand we are currently exporting everything we generate, none is coming into the house, and our grid usage has gone bonkers according to our smart meter/monitor - the installers have just said they don't know what's going on and seem totally uninterested, it's becoming very frustrating.

If anyone can advise (in simple terms) i would be most grateful.

Your grid and load power lines are opposite to mine in the cloud app, so it looks like a CT clamp issue to me. I've only had mine a few months, so probably wait for someone more knowledgeable to confirm. If you have a picture of your CT clamp position and orientation, that may help someone confirm.

Hi yes agree, you are showing a negative load which suggests the inverters meter/CT clamp has been fitted incorrectly.
The CT clamp is used by the inverter to measure the load, so it knows how much battery / solar power to use to compensate it - those traces are definitely incorrect.

You need to get your installer back and get them to correct the inverters meter/CT polarity.
