FoxESS cloud not showing alarm code history in errors

I've been having issues with grid voltage the past few days (thanks to community hive mind for helping me resolve with the reboot and contacting DNO) but my user interface isn't showing my alarm history. I'm wondering if something was missed during setup as i can see the alarm history in my app but i'd like to be able to view and export via portal so i can show the DNO the frequency of the errors with the timestamps. Does the error list work for anyone else?

I've never had much luck getting the V2 app to show me the error list, if I need them I go to the website and go on Error List there, that always works
