As has probably been noticed by many, it seems that collated solar generation for any given day, is not displayed by the Fox apps.
Does anyone know how to calculate the amount of solar generated?
There is not guide to say what the yields mean or what they include, so it is seemingly impossible to calculate.
I appreciate that HomeAssistant can be used for this, but that means setting up new hardware and creating a server, purely for the purpose, when this could easily be done within the current app.
How Do You Determine Solar Generation?

If you are using the Fox App you can work out the solar generated from the 'Monthly Yield' statistics pages, the formula is -
Solar generated = (battery charge - battery discharge - consumption yield + Load yield + Feed in yield)
note the Load yield is found on the Site Overview Monthly Yield graph, the rest are on the Device Monthly Yield graphs

Thanks for that Dave, looks like I better get a spreadsheet made up.
Would love to see fox include this as a figure in the app.

If you are slightly IT inclined you could setup a Home Assistant (a small micro computer) which sits quietly gathering statistics and gives you a friendly dashboard with all your stats displayed almost real time.
