Is there a preferred charge level to leave your batteries at when you go away on holiday. I don't have a solar array so whatever I charge it to will be what it'll be sat at whilst I'm away!

There will still be some house load whilst you are away, fridges etc.. also the inverter / batteries and BMS take a small amount of power - it won’t be that much but whatever that base load is, it will be taken from the batteries and gradually discharge them so being fully charged is the best place to leave them,

When the batteries get down to the minSoC setting the BMS will protect them and hold that level with small maintenance charges - it’s not a lot just enough to keep the batteries from dropping below the minSoC level.

That said if you are on a cheap overnight tariff, it would be better (cheaper) to charge your batteries up for a couple of hours each night and let them cover your house load during the rest of the day and that way all of your usage whilst your away will be at the low tariff.
