I have just started to fit fox inverters,i can set up my installer platform but i have one customer who cannot get the end user set up as it keeps saying invalid serial number.
Hopefully its an easy fix

As an end user you need to bind the account to a site. If it's still showing invalid id then you need to contact fox support.

ive followed the instructions an scan the Qr code to set it up on end user thats when it says invalid serial number, i hope ive done it right,its only the second one ive done the first one set up no problem,is there anything else i might be doing wrong as i want to cover all bases before contacting customer support.
