Hoping someone can help.

About 6 hours ago (midday UK time 27th May 24) whilst on the FoxEsscloud screen suddenly the data disappeared and all I now have is a blank screen with the words "no data". Going to my Fox app on my phone I saw the only thing that was now available was the base picture showing the house but nothing else. I can still see me Personal information on the "my" icon but nothing else. At first I though there was an issue with the system and its gone down. However, after speaking with two other people local to me with the same system theirs appears to be fine and its just my system

I have rebooted my PC, my phone and WiFi and the inverter. Nothing appears to be making a difference. I have checked the WiFi on the inverter and it appears to be flashing as it normally does. I can still operate the inverter using the screen but given its location this is not sustainable.

Does anybody have an idea of how to get this back on line? I have sent a email message into Fox helpdesk as it wont take it off the app as that part of reporting an issue also doesn't work. However, when I have tried contacting this way before i never get a reply.

Thanks

Which app are you using the original app or the new V2 app ?

It might be a good idea to log into the Fox cloud website https://www.foxesscloud.com/login and try that to see if it is working - if not it may be that you have somehow deleted the ‘plant’ from your app which may need Foxess to correct.

Hi, Thanks for coming back to me.

I'm using I assume the original one that the engineer set up for me when the inverter and batteries were set up two years ago.

Since I posted the question I have now managed to get the app back on line and send a ticket to the help desk, which is all the app will let me do. It appears that the date for my site has all vanished.

Fortunately, for some reason I had historically taken a screen shot of a data page. I have now filled all the information in on the app and Bingo I'm back on line.

Panic over.

Ok, it sounds like your datalogger has been removed from your app (and you've put it back in again) - all of the data should remain in the Foxcloud for your inverter so nothing should be lost.
