On the app for Saturday the daily income was around £4.00. But for the same day with Octapus energy £1.55
The cost I should get back is 15p per KW and Ive at the same value in the app.
What is going on here?

The income stats for the original app are almost meaningless, rather than use your export * export rate, it uses the total yield * export rate. The total yield is all of the output the inverter has done either from solar or battery.
So definitely trust your smart meter / Octopus on that one.
You would be better moving onto the Foxess V2 app, the statistics in there are much better, or use the Energy Stats app by Al Priest, most users prefer that apps simplicity over the Fox ones.
