hi

sorry to post this

I have just followed the guide to install an additional battery, all ok except for these two error codes?

26 = grid voltage fault

27 = grid frequency fault

as you can see from the photos the power is coming from the panels but not going anywhere else ?

I've looked it up and google says it will just balance and clear the errors?
is this correct ?

thank you in advance

All sorted
I just shut all the system down and restarted, for some reason no errors this time all ok ?

Keep and eye on it, the error suggests that the grid voltage went outside normal limits, it could be a one off but best to monitor it.

If you login to the Foxesscloud website, on the inverter details page there is an empty graph at the bottom of the page that allows you to select different inverter sensors, RVolt shows the grid voltage so you should be able to see what happened using that.

Thanks for the advice

Does it happen at any particular time of day (when battery charging for example), what do you do to clear it, a full restart or does it clear itself ?.

It’s telling you that there are problems with the grid, this sometimes happens when a breaker pops open if it is under-rated but can also indicate that your grid voltage is outside of tolerances.

Had this error several times this week. During the night, occupied and unoccupied, ie house load and no load. Each times it trips the consumer unit. Any ideas? .

It's the consumer unit tripping that is causing the error (i.e. the grid voltage is lost), on a new install this is sometimes because the main circuit breaker is under rated - can you confirm which inverter size it is (i.e. H3.7, H5) and post a picture of the circuit breaker that feeds the inverter (often labelled 'PV').
