Hi having problems with cloud , it will not let me set times keeps saying write error and the doc. Says busy any ideas please to sort this out , there are no error messages on inverter . Thanks
Which app (or website) are you using ?.
Some actions such as charge times have to be written directly to your inverter and if that connection is off-line or not available it will throw and error.
Assuming the inverter is connected ok - whilst it's not a great answer most users work through the various apps and website until one of them works - The Energy Stats app is quite popular and works very well.

Do you have a Gen 2 inverter by any chance?
