We have tried everything to get back on line since April last year. Got in touch with our supplier, in touch with FOX service and others. Tried advice and instructions and cannot get on line. We get as far as password then get the message 'W-ownload' also our W-XXXXXXX shows on our status as weak security. Has anyone else had these messages? The system is working, the inverter etc are in the loft, dongle working steady. Just dont know where to go now? Keep getting same information regarding end user and reinstalling APP plus rebooting inverter but cannot get passed the above. Not computer savvy, but we have followed all instructions. Does anyone know of service who will come out to help? Installer after sales not been able to help. Really stuck and would appreciate any helpful comments. Thank you.

Hi, the weak security showing for the W-XXXXXX is normal - as it only has a limited interface for setting your routers ssid and password.
On the dongle in the loft, is it flashing red rapidly - or slowly with an occasional green flash every 10-15 seconds.
If it is the latter it is already connected, so we need to find out why you’re not seeing data - if it’s the former then we need to get it connected to your routers wifi - and there are a few things we can try which might help.
Normally I would have hoped your installer would come out to you, but I know that’s not always possible - where are you based ?
