Not drawing from battery

Hi everyone. First Post. I've been away for a week and when I got back home the house isn't drawing from the battery. The work model is set to self use. Is this the correct setting. Thanks in advance. Phil

Yes self use is the normal mode of operation and the battery should be feeding the house like that.

Here’s a few of the more common things that can cause this -

• A charge period has been left in use, when not being used the charge periods must be set to 00:00-00:00 and charge from grid switch off

• MinSoc is set too high (should be ~10%)

• If you have been using ‘schedules’ one has been left enabled.

• Is the inverter/battery showing an error ?

Thanks for the reply. I will have a look at all those things. I have no idea why but it is now drawing from the battery. I expect it will be one of those issues. Will post when I find the culprit,or not
