False load when nothing's on in the house usually 3 to 6 kw's at night

Hi,

1st post please be gentle. New installation mid December. 10 x 430w & 1 x 3.6kw invertor. 3 x 2.5kw's batteries. App is showing. Most nights a load of 3 to 6 kw's. Nothing's on though. Few LED Lamps & a TV. Starts by draining my batteries. Then app showing as drawing from the grid. Can go on for hours. Smart meter in house showing zero. As it should. EXTREMELY frustrating. Any help advice would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Does the smart meter show 0 even when the foxess app says you're drawing from the grid (and not just when you're supplying the house load from batteries)?

Could it be an immersion heater on timer that you are not aware of? They are 3Kw per hour so that could easily match the numbers you are seeing.

Thanks sorted now. Was the immersion hot water heater. Switched off now. Don't need it. Many thanks
