I have been unable to force charge my battery for the past few weeks, but this morning it is charging despite all time settings now being set to 00:00. Can anybody help please?

Are the batteries cold? If they get to the minimum SoC the BMS will charge them periodically to power the inverter circuits, if there is no solar PV.

Thanks for your reply, and yes it was an extremely cold night, so I was beginning to wonder if this was what was going on. This is our first winter with the solar panels so I've not experienced this before. Things are looking better now so I'm hoping this was the issue.
Regarding the problems with force charging generally (ie it isn't working) - I have seen a few posts about this issue on this Forum, and it sounds like Fox are aware of the problem so I'm waiting for further updates regarding this.
