App unknown error when setting import times
Hi I've emailed the app support and the solar company but came across this site when googling so covering all my bases!

We've just been set up on Octopus Flux so I was trying to set the import times but when I hit save I get an unknown error 44096. I've updated the app, but still doesn't work. Can anyone help?

Update - it looks like it worked (screenshot attached) but the timings are showing as not allowing import from the grid and I still get the error message so now I'm really confused!

Try logging into the website. The mobile app is up the creek just now following a huge update last weekend.
