I've had a Fox hybrid inverter since September but the control provided by the cloud app (Android & Windows) has been problematic. Currently the Foxesscloud server is inaccessible and has been all today. Previously it has randomly disallowed login briefly. Without access I cannot control my home's installation.
Two questions:
1: Does anyone know if this is likely to improve soon?
2: Is there another more functional app - perhaps a third party app - which will allow me to bypass what appears to be a flaky/laggy control system?
I hope this forum may bring some positive information, thanks for taking the time to read this.
Also having issues logging on today. Would appear the server is offline.
Correct, Fox have had server issues recently.
