Hi
I am new to this group and apologise for my lack of tech expertise.
Our solar panels were fitted last week and I downloaded and configured the app. All seemed to be fine. A couple of days ago the red light on the inverter dongle was flashing quickly which I understand indicates that connection to the house router has been lost. I have tried everything I can think of to reconnect including reinstalling the app, deleting all the data and setting up the site again. I am unable to connect the router and get the error message 'local environment error please try again'.
Any help would be appreciated.

The red light flashing regularly means the datalogger (wifi dongle) has not active connection to the internet (it’s not a problem with your app) - if it did work and no longer does, has anything changed ? The router, ssid, password ?
I’ve attached the guide for re-connecting the wifi dongle to your routers wifi below, follow it from step 3 - You would expect the red light to flash slowly with the occasional green pulse.
Before doing that it might be worth resetting your router (power off/on) and see if the dongle re-connects, otherwise follow the guide from step 3.
