Lost Graphs under Power on device Statistics

I got round to upgrading to new version of Ap yesterday and since then while I can see the minute by minute flows of energy from external grid/pv/inverter etc I have lost all my summary grids at bottom of device statistics page that show me daily/monthly total ins and outs. How do I get them back as had install in April and do not want to lose 6 months of data.

There seem to be a few problems with the display on the new app, the graphs should be at the bottom of the screen but for some people they are not shown, and others don’t have the option to go to the ‘details’ page.
Fortunately your data hasn’t gone anywhere, if you log on to the foxesscloud website rather than the app it’s still there as before.

Hopefully Foxess will issue an update soon to fix the app

Thanks Dave, bit of a weird one, as my wife has the same App on her phone and we have updated on that and she has the summary graphs. She is iphone and I am Android though and so maybe the Fox software is iphone centric? Another update might resolve this. Other Android users-have you the same issue? M

Yes for some users it works on their iphones but not on their ipads, not just cross platform - it’s certainly a strange one
