Installer and end user.

Just got 5kw system with 5.4kw of storage up and running. Only thing that is not currently 100% is the flow diagram on the app. Its not telling how much or where the power is going, grid or home..

any help would be great.

The app shows a snapshot taken every 5 minutes, ‘it’s not real time’ but should give you a rough approximation of what’s happening on the system.

If it really doesn’t make sense then it sounds like either CT clamp hasn’t been enabled (in settings), fitted in the right place (it should be on the live feed from the smart meter) or it’s fitted the wrong way round.

Thanks for reply. The clamp has not been fitted correctly.

I have also noticed that the battery is now not charging over 97% and it is not discharging atall, would this be rectified by sorting the clamp?

Yes without the clamp, the inverter can’t calculate the house load correctly and won’t be able to balance the loads - you may find the battery doesn’t charge, or discharges erratically. Once the CT is fitted it will sort itself out straight away.
