inverter trying to turn on

Hello everyone, I have a problem with my inverter, it keeps trying to turn on, the display is flashing and making clicks. Does anyone know what the problem is? thanks.
Is it a hybrid inverter without any batteries attached? That's normal at dawn / dusk.
