I had a fox ESS G9 fitted a couple of weeks ago. It replaced a solis one.
They fitted it and left the tails from the ct clamp hanging.
I questioned this and they said I didn’t need ct clamps on this.
They removed the packaging in which the plug for the ct clamp was leaving me without one.
Since then I’ve asked for it to be returned so I can fit the ct clamps so I can monitor the grid imports etc but they just don’t reply.
My question is where could I get one of these plugs for the ct clamp?
It fits in the round socket that’s underneath the inverter
