Well the title says it, but today there was a message on the mobile app saying that the app was being updated. It should be back working at 6pm.
Now under devices a new one has appeared called Gateway. There is also a firmware update.
What is Gateway, how do I know if I have one and what might the upgrade do?
I did try to update the Firmware, but nothing seemed to happen.
Maybe a picture, or tell us what equipment you are running if you can please.

Here is a screenshot from my phone. The device "Gateway" has never been there before. I have had the solar and battery storage for two years now. I have blurred some details for security. I have also shown the upgrade page after clicking on the Gateway device.

Maybe some back end shenanigans from Fox, it's been a spicy few days. Perhaps Dave/Will has some insight on what is going on, unless Fox Support has the answer.
