I have noticed in the last 6 weeks or so my battery now discharges under certain conditions overnight, which it didn't used to. It occurs on nights when I am charging my car for the full off peak period, so the battery charges up to 100% fine but when my immersion heater kicks on for the final hour this then prompts the battery to cover the additional demand on top of the car.
This didn't used to happen and seems to be about a reduction in grid capacity. Earlier in the night the grid supplies the car and the battery charging at 9.2kW demand, then when the immersion heater kicks the total demand goes to 10.7kW so the battery is making up the difference. Previously the grid would supply up to about 12kW, why would this have changed? Can I change the battery settings so it doesn't cover the excess or would that cause me other problems?!
Any help or advice would be gratefully received!

The import limit is set at 9.2 which makes sense, it says this is set by the installer but if I check back the data shows that a few weeks ago I was importing up to 11kW.

You will want to up the import limit directly at the inverter screen then.
Mine is set to 18,400W, which is my 80A house fuse x 230V. In real use, the inverter FW limits total to 63A, so you can increase your limit without any worry.

Sorry for all the simple questions, I’m not very technical! Do you mean directly on the inverter located outside or in the app? Is there any simple guidance on how to change the limits on the physical kit if that’s what you mean?
Directly on the inverter screen, a video from Will here, don't adjust your Export, but the ImportLimitPwr. You may want to take pictures or a video of existing settings. You might also have to increase your ImportLimitCur, for now... just take a note of the values stored.
