Hi,
My Evo10 is controlled via Octopus and has been since they spun up that service. I noted today that despite the brilliant sunshine, the panel output is matching the household load, where typically it would sit at the output limit of 3.6kW, with excess being exported. Essentially, it's not exporting at all.
I checked back and this seems to have been happening since 8th September. Has anyone else noticed this, who has their battery/ AIO controlled by Octopus?
Cheers,
Paul

Hi Paul,
Have you looked under quick settings to see what your export limit is set to? If this is zero, then it would explain the behaviour.
Sorry, I don't have an AIO, but you can still check the above settings, also verify the firmware is current (might have changed recently?) The other is a system restart at some point to rule out a bug in the system.

Hey,
Thanks for the response. The Export Limit is set to 30kW. From memory, that's been set like that since installation.
Tempted to 'Disconnect' the Evo just to see if the exporting returns. I assume it would be a right faff to 'Reconnect' it again however.
Cheers,
Paul

Good to know the export is set high enough, so shouldn't be that then.
I think I would reboot the system before the faff of pairing the device again
Have you been able to check upon the installed firmware against the list from Will in the forum?

EDIT: As you are running HA, just check any active automations you may have are not playing up.

Thanks. Yes I think you're right, I'll try a reboot before anything else.
And thanks for the FW list, I've checked and I have a 'newer' slave FW than is mentioned, I have v1.01. My BCU FW looks to be older, at v1.001. If I'm reading the list correctly. All are up to date according to the app.
Something I also noted yesterday is that the app on my phone updated on 7th September and includes a functionality I've not seen before. It's called 'Meter Compensation' and it allows you to prompt the inverter to export more to import more, on a sliding scale. By default, it's set to 1w towards the export more side.
This may or may not be new functionality, I don't use the phone app in any more detail than checking normal stats and updating firmware.
I don't have any automations for the PV, so that's one areas I don't need to dive into.
