FoxESS EP11 — Parallel Addressing Failure
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with a FoxESS EP11 (single battery setup) showing “Parallel Addressing Failure.”

The battery is not connected in parallel with another battery.

• Only 1× EP11 is installed.
• The bypass/parallel plug is properly inserted.
• I tested the same bypass plug on another EP11 battery and it works normally.

Has anyone experienced this with a single EP11? What was the cause or fix?

Re: FoxESS EP11 — Parallel Addressing Failure
I've seen examples were the blanking Rj45 plugs aren't fully terminated from the factory and making my own up fixed it. That error means something is wrong with the IN/OUT parallel plugs, likely not fully installed fully.

Re: FoxESS EP11 — Parallel Addressing Failure
Thanks! I tested the bypass plug on another EP11 and it works properly. I also tested a different bypass plug from the other battery, but I’m still getting the same Parallel Addressing Failure. It seems the issue may be with the battery’s LINK IN/OUT ports themselves.

Re: FoxESS EP11 — Parallel Addressing Failure
sounds like it, if you're sure they're fully installed.
