Per subject heading, the Load Consumed in the Android app widget is stuck at 0. When I go into the app there is a non-zero figure in Daily Consumption, and other figures on the widget are accurately displayed, i.e. Today Yield, PV Power, Charging are all non-zero.
Is there a known bug with the Load Consumed figure in the widget?
Check on the inverter screen to see if it is reading 0 for load, or hopping about like normal.
Did you mean the "Output AC Power" in the "Analysis Graph" section of the Inverter? If so then that is non-zero and is correct. Any other ideas?MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 9:45 am Check on the inverter screen to see if it is reading 0 for load, or hopping about like normal.
Sorry, was meaning the physical Inverter screen itself.
Regarding the App, do you know what version you are running?

On the inverter itself there's a display for Power and SoC, and both of those look accurate. Power does change periodically to reflect actual use in the house. It doesn't display load though.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 11:37 am Sorry, was meaning the physical Inverter screen itself.

I'm on the latest version v2.2.19 of the app.
Well the Inverter seems to be working fine, and Power/SoC appear normal.
The app is pulling down cloud data, can you check https://www.foxesscloud.com/v2/login and see what it shows there?

The website version has the same data as the app. Everything appears normal and has non-zero figures. Literally the only thing I'm not sure of is that Load Consumed on the widget.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 12:51 pm Well the Inverter seems to be working fine, and Power/SoC appear normal.

In fact, what exactly is "Load Consumed" on the widget supposed to be displaying? There is no "Load Consumed" anywhere in the app so not sure what exactly is that widget figure supposed to represent.
I've just discovered how to attach files to comments so I've now attached the screenshots showing what I'm talking about. You can see in the screenshot of the widget that the Load Consumed is 0kWh, but not sure why.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 12:51 pm Well the Inverter seems to be working fine, and Power/SoC appear normal.

Picture 1 (Widget) shows for me 29kWh (real 8.20kWh) consumed! This does not reflect reality... so suspect that is a broken widget.
Picture 2 (Sankey) I have v2.2.19 of the App, but I am missing the button to swap/show Sankey, only pie chart. The figures in the App are showing 8.20kWh load consumed. I am on Android phone, so if you are on iPhone this might be why it is missing?
Picture 3 (FoxCloud 2.0 App) you are missing PV generation, is this an old photo? Does pull down from top to bottom refresh this screen?

I'm on android as well, so no idea why mine's different to yours. Are you able to take a screenshot showing what "Load Consumed" is supposed to look like for you in the app? Is it the total consumed for the day, because if so then wouldn't that just be "Daily Consumption" on my Picture 2?MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 2:18 pm Picture 1 (Widget) shows for me 29kWh (real 8.20kWh) consumed! What do you mean by PV generation is missing? Wouldn't that just be "Daily Production" in my Picture 3?
And no this is not an old screenshot I just took this before uploading it to this forum.
I have attached a video, shows it better.
Differences...
1. I have a local temperature, not relevant just observation
2. App is in 'Day time' mode, it changes during the day to night time
3. I am showing PV generation (Solar above the roof)
4. Daily consumption showing 9.10 kWh (running AC in this heat)
5. When I open up the Analysis page in the video, it shows a pie chart view only, there are buttons on your page that are missing from mine.
And that Widget for your home screen is broken, might be fixed in future and should not be reading 0kWh, and on mine a rather inflated Load value.

1. Yeah, that is interesting. Maybe your unit has a built in thermometer? I'm using the H3-Smart inverter with CQ6 Batteries. Maybe my models don't have this feature.MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 3:05 pm I have attached a video, shows it better.

2. It's nighttime where I live so it's dark
3. If you look at my Picture 3 you will see I also have solar, it's just generating 0W because it's night time.
4. My daily consumption in my Picture 3 is 18.90kWh, so it shouldn't be showing 0kWh in the widget.
5. Yeah not sure why that's missing from yours.
Hopefully that widget gets fixed at some stage.
Thanks for your help.
1. I think if you press the '3 dots ... menu' top right, and choose 'edit home' then if you enter address, then you should gain Temperature reading hopefully? IIRC it was needed to be input due to the 'Storm safe' settings that got introduced, where it needed to know location for weather alerts.coldazure wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 3:18 pm 1. 2. I didn't like to assume it was nighttime, but makes more sense now why it was dark.
3. Indeed, now I know it is nighttime.
4. Correct, broken App/widget by looks of our findings.
5. See 4.
It would be nice to see the App get fixed, I never knew it had a widget until today
You are welcome.
Thanks very much for the tip to set the location. That fixed the temperature reading for me!MaterialBarracuda48 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 29, 2026 4:00 pm1.
