Hi all,
I have seen this a few times but today has been the worst.
I have 8 x HD2600 batterys and a H1 3.7kWh inverter powered by 4.8kWh of PV.
Last night my battery charged to 99%, during the day it has dropped to 10% and is now using grid at 22:00. The energy Stats app has advised me that the battery has discharge 12.2kWh today, far from the rated capacity. Although there has been some sun today in scotland, my SoC only fluctuate +/-
1% between 12:20 and 18:26.
I have also noticed that the Charge Energy the day after, is always higher than discharge energy it's replacing.
My inverter is manager V1.63, Slave V1.2, master V1.6
My battery capacity on Energy Stats is at to 20,030Wh
The Energy Stats app claims at 10% I have 4.77kWh left
Does anyone have an suggestions on what is going on?
Thank you
Daniel
Iratic capacity from 8 x HD2600 batteries
I have read elsewhere on these forums that there can be a problem with the BMS when using 8 of the HV2600 units. I cannot recall if there was a good fix to it, I know one poster simply removed one of the battery units from their system and ended up with more usable capacity with seven than they'd had with eight!
Hi Calum,
Intresting concept! Somthing I may have to look in to.
Even stranger my battery only charged to 89% overnight and stopped charging at 03:30 instead of 05:30. It used 12.7kWh grid a in they time according to my smart meter. Display, so an increased 79% 100(12.7/79) = 16kWh that's not very close to 20.
The SoC just seems totally iratic.
