Hi,
I just got my new system installed.
SH - 12kw 3phase
CQ6 24kwh battery
Work mode set to self use.
I noticed that when there is solar being generated, the inverter will import bulk of the insufficient power from grid.
Example:
Solar 2kw
Grid import 4kw
Battery discharge 500w
Load 6.5kw
Then when there is no more solar generated, it will switch to 100% battery power until SOC is depleted.
Is this the normal behavior of fox inverters?
Not really normal for self-use mode, it should take the PV & battery to supply the demand, and grid to cover the remaining needs.
Could be some odd behaviour of 3-phase that I am not aware of?
Can you find out your inverter firmware versions and post/check?

Master 1.46
Slave 1.00
Manager 1.28
AFCI 0.35
I noticed today it is still pulling from grid after solar stop producing.
Solar 0
Grid Import 1kw
Battery 4.5kw @ 40%SOC
Load 5.5kw
Battery is at 40 Celsius so I don't think its because of overheating.

Update: After digging around the Analytics Graph, I found the Max Cell Temperature reading and it was above 55 celcius when battery refuse to discharge.
I thought there would have be some fault reporting in such situation but there is none.
