New setup and house still under some reno, so no internet yet. I have an issue where there is missing data covering hours in the historical logs in Fox cloud. Typically this impacts the current day.
Setup
- KH8 K-series
WW datalogger
No fixed broadband yet so using mobile hotspot every couple of days
Dongle connects fine each time hotspot is on
- Historical 5-min data (from offline periods) batch-uploads correctly once hotspot is live
Past days all look clean in Fox Cloud
- Current day's data often sporadic - gaps of several hours with nothing recorded
Historical buffer uploads fine; it's the current-day data that drops out
Anyone else running on mobile data / hotspot only? Same behaviour?
Is there a known difference in how the dongle handles buffered vs. live data uploads?
Any workaround? e.g. keeping hotspot on longer, forcing a dongle reset at a specific point in the cycle?
Aware this is an unusual setup. Broadband coming eventually - but keen to understand the behaviour in the meantime. Any thoughts appreciated.
