Data Logger Offline

Good evening,

I have just had an install finished today. The installer set up the app on my phone. But i have just seen it is now offline. The wifi signal is good in the location.

So i tried the method on my phone of connecting to the W-******* wifi, which i get the connect / no internet. I then go to my web browser and enter http://192.168.1.1 ,which then fails to log the expected menu. Any ideas?

I also tried on the app in settings 'connect to wifi' options with no luck either.

Any help would be great?

I worked out the issue was that it is linked to a WiFi access point signal, which I unplugged to change to tomorrow to a new one.

Once I plugged it back in, everything worked again. Problem is I don't know how to disconnect it from that access point and connect it to the new one tomorrow.

Is yours connecting on 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz Wifi?
I think it works better on the older 2.4Ghz.
