App Setup
I wonder if the community can help me set up the Foxcloud 2 App to get sensible analysis for my system from it.

The old FIT system inverter and panels were replaced by two new inverters a H1-3.7-E and a F3000. 9 panels were connected to the Hybrid inverter and 6 to the F3000. Two EP6 batteries to the H1-3.7-E. An external data logger has been installed on the F3000. I can see all 3 dataloggers on the app i.e the external one and the two internal inverter ones. Two clamps have been connected to the Hybrid inverter. CT1 is on the live just before the meter and CT2 between the F3000 and the consumer board (shows as “Gen Load” on the app).

With everything installed in the app I can see the instantaneous values and all appears to make sense. The F3000 is shown as “Gen Load”. However it appears the daily production figures are not correct especially the “To Grid” amount which is excessive. Almost as though it the F3000 is being counted twice.

What data loggers should be installed. How do I see the F3000 solar generation without the clamp.

I am currently running the app with the F3000 dataloggers uninstalled and I get sensible Daily production and consumption figures. However this does not include the F3000 PV generation. Also I obviously cannot monitor the F3000 for errors etc.

Also what does the Datalogger internal to the F3000 inverter supposed to show.

Any help would be appreciated as I have tried many different combinations of dataloggers and got no sensible results.

Thanks.

Re: App Setup
If you're using a F series with a hybrid you don't need to you use CT2 for the F series output as the data is all recorded in the cloud. I would go into the H series settings and disable CT2 and allow the cloud data to report correctly.
