We have a Fox ESS inverter. All the activities is showing as 0. It keeps saying "41935-The device cannot be operated offline". Our wifi details changed recently (we had to get a new modem). Is that why it's happening?
If that's the issue - How do I connect the inverter to new wifi? I can't see any option on the app to enter new wifi details.

When the datalogger loses its connection (as will have happened here) it will turn on its own wifi hotspot. You then connect to that to update the details, for the new wifi network that it should talk to. Once done, it should work fine again.
(By the way, the app talks to the Fox cloud system, and that cannot talk to the inverter if the Wifi connection is not working! Hence the need to do it this way)
