Yes, I get it. Thanks.
So I use Mode scheduler now instead? I can not see anywhere my current off peak charging though that was expecting to see (and disable). My battery currently charges at 3am for one hour and I want to stop this.
I'm in the UK, on the Fox cloud 2 app we can click on the "work mode" icon to call up " mode scheduler"
On this mode we can enter
Self use
Feed in priority
Back up
Forced Charge
Forced Discharge
So you can charge for various times, discharge when you want by putting in what time settings you need.
Can you download the Europe issue of the App, could this help?

I had the same problem when he app changed last month.
I have the off peak times set up for battery charging and just toggled it on or off when i needed to. That function disappeared from he app so the workaround was to use the desktop version (which briefly worked), but now I can not see the time slot I had set up now in the desktop (but is still charging in off peak), I now want toggle off.
This is all I've used the app for, or probably ever will, its over complicated for me and now doesn't seem to do what I want (or maybe it does but its buried in all the other functions).

Hi, I've set up a different time slot in the work scheduler part of the app. I'wills see tomorrow if that overwrites the one that has currently been operating I set before the change. Out of interest I also tried to change the Max SOC to 885% (from some advice on the thread) and itches up with a "write failed" message. Any idea what's happening? It accepted the time slot.
Thanks for all the help and time.

If you have a Global Max SOC of 100%, and try to set a lower value for charging, then it might not stick.jem wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2026 8:59 am Hi, I've set up a different time slot in the work scheduler part of the app. I'wills see tomorrow if that overwrites the one that has currently been operating I set before the change. It could also have been a communications glitch.
Also, the battery will be fine with 100% Max SOC, you would have to seriously abuse the battery to wear it out (very cold/very hot or leaving it at 10%/100% for long periods)
You can still use the basic scheduler from the v2 website.
From the Dashboard, go to Quick Settings on the top right. Then go to Advanced Settings again on the top right.
The basic schedule settings are in ChargingTime option.

Not seeing what you are here?brunofabre wrote: ↑Thu Apr 23, 2026 11:03 pm You can still use the basic scheduler from the v2 website.

Can you take a screenshot/video of what you are seeing?
I don't use the website, so may have missed something
Just realized it is because I have registered as an Agent which gives me installer level access.
Here is the screenshot from the Dashboard after click on Quick Settings. When I login as an End User I don't see the Advanced Settings button.

Well thanks for confirming, I thought I needed new glasses
At least we know the options exist, for Agent level accounts, so cheers for posting back.
That was for the v2 website. The v1 website can set the basic scheduler as an end user.
I noticed that the App now has the Mode Scheduler enabled again.
