Total newby here. Panels, Invertor and battery installed 03.03.26.
I am struggling to connect the datalogger to my wi-fi, the datalogger configures but wont connect. My wi-fi has 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ, I have disabled the 5GHZ but still have no look any ideas?
Anyone have a work round?
I am having the same issue. This is the only device in the house that drops out frequently. Is there any firmware updates addressing this issue?

I contacted FoxESS customer services and although my data logger has a built in dongle they sent out an external dongle and that has done the trick

May be related issue, but my FoxCloud 2.0 app not showing any power generated. The system has been down it seems since about 12 April. Called Sustain Homes who installed but no call-back yet. Ive tried all the advice online about shutting down and restarting to no avail. On the App everything appears to be online if you look at devices. Any ideas?
And when I check on the Foxcloud website i can see since 12 April we've had a Category 3 fault on the Inverter. What is that and how can i clear it?
