The app is showing very low and clearly wrong solar generation, but the battery SOC shows far more
Solar seems to be capped at 136W, but the battery (10kwhr) has fully charged and is now correctly discharging under a forced discharge.
So the system seems to be working and generating normal output (5-25kwhr is what I've seen in recent weeks) but the app isn't reporting it properly.
Any ideas? We're away from home so can't do any resets etc.
I’ve seen a few similar reports from systems across Europe as if Fox servers have had an update or clock issue that is affecting the aggregated statistics - for now i’d suggest waiting until tomorrow and see how the data looks after midnight when the stats will be reset.
Still exactly the same today - battery still charging so system seems to be working, but figures on the app are still constant, and wrongDave Foster wrote: ↑Sun Apr 19, 2026 7:41 pm I’ve seen a few similar reports from systems across Europe as if Fox servers have had an update or clock issue that is affecting the aggregated statistics - for now i’d suggest waiting until tomorrow and see how the data looks after midnight when the stats will be reset.
No change - can anyone offer suggestions?BrianFox wrote: ↑Mon Apr 20, 2026 1:49 pmStill exactly the same today - battery still charging so system seems to be working, but figures on the app are still constant, and wrongDave Foster wrote: ↑Sun Apr 19, 2026 7:41 pm I’ve seen a few similar reports from systems across Europe as if Fox servers have had an update or clock issue that is affecting the aggregated statistics - for now i’d suggest waiting until tomorrow and see how the data looks after midnight when the stats will be reset.
It's possible the Manager has got hung up (which basically stops your comms and higher level function), the only real suggestion for that i'm afraid is to do a full shutdown and restart of the inverter when you are back, or if you have someone who could pop in and shutdown / restart it.
Thanks.Dave Foster wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 6:28 pm It's possible the Manager has got hung up (which basically stops your comms and higher level function), the only real suggestion for that i'm afraid is to do a full shutdown and restart of the inverter when you are back, or if you have someone who could pop in and shutdown / restart it.
It seems weird that the battery SOC is still working but nothing else...
Only other thought is that there is a problem with the CT but I think you need to do the reset first and hopefully that’ll recover it.BrianFox wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 8:10 pmThanks.Dave Foster wrote: ↑Tue Apr 21, 2026 6:28 pm It's possible the Manager has got hung up (which basically stops your comms and higher level function), the only real suggestion for that i'm afraid is to do a full shutdown and restart of the inverter when you are back, or if you have someone who could pop in and shutdown / restart it.
