Quick Setting Charge From Grid Scheduling option has disappeared. Now I can't change what was set before.
Right up until 16th April, we've been using the charge from grid scheduling option off Quick Settings in v2 of www.foxesscloud.com. It's been really useful to boost the battery in the morning on the cheap rate electric, but yesterday (17th April) we wanted to make a change (as we have been doing most days recently, based on expected morning sun) and found that the setting has disappeared!
I found the 'Mode Scheduler', which I guess is the replacement functionality, and set that instead last night. I set it to force charge between 6am and 8:29 am, but only charge up to 50%, but we woke up to a battery at 100%, which is not what we want when it's going to be a sunny day :( It looks like our old schedule is still kicking in as well (6:45-8:29 - charge as much as you can), and I have no way of changing that?

Anyone got any ideas? I've raised a support ticket, but no one has got back as yet.

It looks as if Fox have now removed the ability to use the old charge periods on the V2 website.

If you have set a schedule that would have over-ridden your old charge periods and reset them, I suspect the fact that your inverter charged the batteries to 100% may be that it is on older firmware as that functionality was only added to the inverter firmware ~ 3 months ago.

I would strongly recommend using the Energy Stats app as that supports the old charge periods, but in all honesty it’s anyones guess as to when/if Fox will pull that functionality altogether from the cloud so best to roll with the punches and use the scheduler, but get your inverter firmware updated.

Ah, OK. Thanks for the reply. It all starts to make sense now. I'll set it to a much shorter period tonight and see what it does.
