On Saturday, my FoxESS cloud integration stopped working. I have raised an issue on the Github site, but raising here too incase anyone else has had the same problem and has found a solution.
The Home Assistant logger is stating: Error doing job: Task exception was never retrieved (task: None)
and KeyError: 'device SN'.
In an attempt to solve, I have restarted Home Assistant, I have also obtained a new API key from my FoxESS account and updated my configuration YAML, restarting everything again. Still not working.
I have checked and the Serial Number in my YAML is still correct as the Serial Number of my inverter.
It was working without issue on Friday (and I have never had this happen before). Can anyone give any help as to the solution I need to run?
Does your plant still exist on this site?

Yes, all the fox sites (v2 and v1 on the Web, and my app) work, no problem. It is just the home assistant integration that has stopped.
Do you have HA backups you can roll back to before the error?
You will of course need to feed in new API key if you do.

I am trying to setup the Fox Cloud integration with HA and I cant see any details as well. The SN and keys are correct. Did you manage to resolve it?
Morning, i was able to get help from the github forum members. The one attached to the foxess-ha integration in HACS.
My issue was that my home assistant clock had slipped by c5mins, so when HA talked to FoxCloud, they couldn't understand each other.
I was able to solve via a full HA reboot ( nb. Not to be confused with the Restart Home Assistant button, click on the advanced options twisty and click on reboot system. I hadn't realised there was this option before).
This reset my HA clock, and HA resumed getting data from FoxCloud.
