yet another instance of G100 state 3 today....several this past week
There is NO indication on the app that it has failed and no warnings or sounds from the inverter, it was merely co-incidence that I happened to look at the app only to find zero being taken from the PV and full house load being taken from the grid so, yet again instead of being able to use the copious sunshine and not being able to draw from the fully charged battery we are still drawing from the grid.....not exactly the system I paid for !
On the inverter display it was again showing G100 state 3
I correctly shut down and re-started the inverter but the error was still present with full house load still being taken from the grid....
ONLY after wading through menu after menu and clearing out the faults did it return to operation.....the same thing I have had to do far too many times !
so, what is causing the fault an why are there no alarms given...I actually have better things to do than monitoring it 24/7!

Fox technical say its probably to do with losing the signal to the meter....which is a mere 2ft away if that so I dont believe that

Not many have this new EPS Box, and I have linked you to the only other forum member with it, and getting the G100 State 3 faults.
Spending £10k+ I think I would be getting them to remove the kit, if they have exhausted all possible choices with Fox.

G100 error hasn't happened for over a week....
Further to my other posts I tried another power off and the box changed over in less than a second..not ideal, not as per the advertising but better than3 seconds
I still had to buy 3 small UPS's though

Hardest thing for your, would be the system stops working in this G100 state 3 error. So it won't charge/discharge battery and the PV stops I presume until you clear fault code.
I don't know why, but you should get a notification on your phone, but they notifications can be flakey as you know already.
