Odd dropouts on graph?
Does anyone know if this is an issue? Recent KH10 + 7 stack 4800 install. Has been fine since install up until probably the last 1.6 firmware update. Not sure if this an issue or just a reporting problem over wifi?

Some days are perfect, whilst other days it would appear as though all stats go back to zero. The system would appear to be working absolutely perfectly and temps all absolutely fine.

Any ideas what is going on here?

But other days this issue: Image

When I hover over one of the dips I get this: Image

EDIT: Checking the V1 site, could it be a reporting anomaly??

Re: Odd dropouts on graph?
Yours is the only post I've found with this issue. I recently had a cq6/kh10 installed, and everything was great until the same thing happened. V2 site has the same spiky graph for 24 hours, at first I thought it was a datalogger anomaly too.

V1 site, if you filter "ReactivePower" vs "BattCurrent" or "BattVolt" shows the same issue.

The behavior of load shifting is now aggressively biased toward grid imports i.e a heavy load will pull from the grid for 60 secs, but ramp gradually to battery coverage - the battery load shift used to be instant. PV exports were curtailed to almost nothing, and I had to set the export limits again.

Does V1 show this for you? How are your grid imports? Im curious if thats related

I'm just on the V1 site now, how do I generate this graph? I had a play around and for the life of me could not work out how to get this graph.

How do you mean "how are my grid imports? Sorry I'm an end user and not quite all over this stuff really. I know a bit but certainly not what you would call an expert.

I meant grid usage - I'm using more way more power from the grid now, i.e my battery doesn't cover a high load instantly any more.

Getting around the V1 site is fiddly - I selected my inverter here, and clicked on the operation icon

This daily graph will appear - the detailed graph is actually below it but it will be empty until you populate it. It will look like this:

Select the parameters you want to display, make sure the date is correct and click "search". That should bring up some results:
