I’ve got a Fox H3 Smart inverter installed with DC coupled solar and battery. At install the system was operating as expected for a few months with general alignment between the Fox app and my energy retailer app with respect to grid use and feed in.
Following a switchboard upgrade there is a significant mismatch (5-10kw) in grid use and feed in everyday between the Fox and energy retailer app. Strangely the difference isn’t consistent and some days one will be higher than the other.
My electrician has verified with me present the CHINT DTSU666 meter has the CT’s in the correct direction and on the same phases as the voltage lines going into it.
Day to day in the Fox app nothing looks unusual with reasonable numbers and nothing negative.
Any thoughts or suggestions as to the cause?
