hi all, my inverter has always worked without problems. Today, precisely since 1:00 PM , a "Main Relay Open" error appeared.
I don't know what to do, I tried unplugging everything (restart inverter and batteries) and plugging it back twice but nothing to do.
I noticed that by turning off the exchange counter (feed-in), the error disappears.
However, obviously there is no input current, so the inverter does not work correctly and goes into EPS mode. PLEASEEE can you help me? Thank you
In the manual it says, about this fault message:
Unless your installer is in a position to help, you're going to need to contact Fox https://www.fox-ess.com/get-in-touch/The grid relay keeps open.
• Disconnect PV, grid and battery, then reconnect.
• Or seek help from us, if not go back to normal state.
