Not having much luck with my installer, so posting here.
The fox app is reversing one of my CT clamp outputs compared to the display on the CT Meter. In the attached, can see that all phases are reporting positive values (yes, there is a '-' negative sign when it is negative), but the Fox app is reporting one of the phases as negative.
This means that when I connect to the grid the inverter fights a spiral of doom to its max output of 15kw with either draining the battery to the grid, or charging from the grid. This is it attempting in vain to zero the grid load.
For the first 5 days after the install, I had this problem...then for the next 12 days it appeared to fix itself and work correctly...but the last 5 days it has done it again.
I've tried getting admin access to my inverter to look myself, but that's locked out with my installer already taking that. I've tried calling Fox support, but 'end users' need to work with their installer.
I'll email fox support with a link to this post...see if that goes anywhere.
