Energy analysis grid and load data only shown on day tab
I wish to view historic data for solar, grid and load. However only the day tab shows all 3. The other time periods only display the solar data.

Is configuration required to achieve this, or is this a limitation?

Possibly related the reports incorrectly show the same values for production and consumption i.e. consumption = 100% of production. Is that just lack of meter integration?

Inverter: F3600; versions Master 1.51, Slave 1.05, Manager 2.31

Any details on how to see and report all 3 sets of data appreciated.

Thanks

Can you post what you’re seeing please? I can see all three sets of data for all time periods (day / month / year).

Here are screenshots from Chrome on a Windows laptop showing Day and Month tabs. The Week, Year and Total tabs are similar to the month only the values of the solar differ. The Android app displays the same characteristics. Both Windows and Android are using V2.

On the v2 website on the "Dashboard" tab there is a download button above the graph to the top right and if you click on it you will get CSV data.

You would have to do your own graphing, but a spreadsheet program might be useful for this.
Re: Energy analysis grid and load data only shown on day tab
Those screenshots appear to be for the Fox app, not the Energy Stats app.
Re: Energy analysis grid and load data only shown on day tab
@evilbunny - unfortunatley the CSV contains the same data as the graph. i.e. the weekly, monthly, yearly and total columns are all zero.

@alpriest - the screenshots are from the analysis tab of the foxess app; which I assumed (incorrectly?) to be the analysis app. Is there another app I can use?

BTW the same problem occurs on both the the dashbaord and analysis tabs of the foxess app.

Thanks for your input.
Re: Energy analysis grid and load data only shown on day tab
You can use Energy Stats which I wrote - it's available on the App Store / Play Store. If the data isn't showing in the Fox app though it's likely it'll show the same thing in Energy Stats.

It seems Fox aren't storing your solar generation values. I've heard this happening for a couple of users who have their inverter sold through a 3rd party name - i.e. not called a Fox inverter. Probably best to raise a support ticket with Fox to get their opinion.
