Hi.
I have a GLOW IHD (Hildebrand) connected to my Home Assistant MQTT Broker. In HA, I have some sensors (obviously), three of which read the price per kWh (Import & Export) and the standing charge directly from my SMETS2.
Now, assuming that your provider of choice has commissioned your SMETS2 properly (it took E.On about 3 months after I chased them as they "couldn't take readings" OTA!!!), you should be able to mqtt that data into HA.
As for showing that rate in the generic HA Energy page, I'm not sure. But I do suspect you can overlay it in a Grafana set of charts?
