Fox updated my G2 inverter but not the batteries or datalogger when I first requested it. I then replied to my request and Fox responded. First my datalogger was offline, for some reason the batteries were updated which took the logger offline and Fox couldn't up. I reconnected the logger to the WiFi, responded back to the message saying the logger was reconnected and it was updated the next day by the same person who sent me the offline message.
So respond to the ticket generated when you first contacted them to give them a gentle reminder. 5 second refresh is so handy and helpful. My logger (same as yours) is on 2.08. For reference my full firmware is;
