I think I must be misunderstanding what the app reports about charging and discharging. I have a KH10 inverter and EP12 battery that seems to be discharging more electricity than
I've only had the system for three weeks and in that time ESS cloud v2 says I've charged about 132kWh and discharged 199kWh. That's about 50% over unity.
Looking specifically at the 27th to midnight last night, 4 full days, SOC% Went from 53% down to 28% Then up to 100 and down to 38%. Up to 100 and down to 10% for 105 minutes. up to 100% and down to 36% Up to 100% and down to 53%. So a total charge/discharge of 288%. In that same time I've charged 29.4kWh and discharged 43.7kWh. Also 50% over unity, suggesting 100% charge = 10.2kWh & 100% discharge = 15.2kWh.
I'm not complaining about getting more than 1 free kWh/day but I just don't understand it.
I suggest you don't fully believe the SoC %.
Overnight my battery charged to 100%, and in the morning it discharged for 1hr, down to 56% SoC. It was stable for a few hours, and it then increased 71%.
I use Feed-in mode during the daytime, and only if the PV is way it could have charged (if I go over my export limit) but today it didn't go above the 3.9kW export enough to fill the battery.

That just looks like your system charged from the grid at 16:00. Maybe a settings glitch or something for battery health but the grid import matches the battery charge and some significant load in the house for 15 minutes or so.
But even if I ignore SOC% The kWh numbers make no sense on my end.

4pm was a cheap IOG slot for car charging.
I suspect that the PV was charging the battery, though it does not actually show this on then system logs.
I was also looking the other day, and it seemed my battery discharged 12.8kWh from an EP11 (10.36kWh usuable)
In short, I take a lot of the readings with a pinch of salt these days.
