MY V2 cloud site used to show my Solar PV on the main dashboard graphic, now it doesn't.
The V1 site still does?
Any ideas, don't want to click too much and mess any configuration up, without an idea on what to do.
I am not aware of any settings that you can adjust in the website.
Have you tried a different browser?
You may have to clear cookies/cache on browser if it persists.

Tried at home and at work, different browsers, still the same.
Do I need to contact the installer, as only they can amend things?

I guess it depends on what you mean by doesn't show?
Graphic is missing completely? Or just the actual data isn't there?

On the main 'dashboard', you have your graphics, the house, battery, grid, PV.
The PV has gone from there, so on a quick glance, it looks like its not working.
But it is logging, if you go and look on the 'analysis' page

I am at a loss on how to fix it, you could erase your plant and re-add, but that seems drastic.
